By placing an order on AllardJewelry.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Prices and Payment
    All prices are in euros (EUR), including VAT. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  2. Shipping
    We ship to addresses within the EU and selected international destinations. In stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
    You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

All our jewelry is handmade, and all custom-made items are carefully handcrafted upon order. These pieces require up to 3 weeks for production and will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
    As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 daysof receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Send a written notice to sales@allard.be
  • Return the item(s) unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days after notifying us
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Important: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges
    If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, contact us within 7 dayswith a clear description and photo. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
  2. Product Descriptions
    We strive to present all items as accurately as possible. However, as many of our pieces are handcrafted, especially those featuring natural pearls, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur and are part of the product’s unique character.
  3. Warranty
    All products are covered by a 2-year legal warrantyagainst manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  4. Privacy
    We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we process and protect your personal data.
  5. Governing Law
    These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, both parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Brusselsshall have jurisdiction.
