By placing an order on AllardJewelry.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the EU and selected international destinations.

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All our jewelry is handmade, and all custom-made items are carefully handcrafted upon order. These pieces may require up to 3 weeks for production and will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Send written notice to sales@allard.be.

  • Return the item(s) unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense. A valid tracking number must be communicated to Allard Jewelry on the day of shipment. Returns without a tracking number are not accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.

Important: Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Warranty and Care

The surface finish and color of fashion jewelry may naturally change over time. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, creams, water, chlorine and chemicals.

All items claimed to be defective must be returned to ALLARD Jewelry for proper inspection in the original box.

For a confirmed defect, repair or replacement is the standard solution. Refunds are reserved for exceptional cases.

Jewelry that has been worn is not considered equivalent to a new, unused item. Any refund may therefore take into account the period of use and the condition of the jewelry.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 2 days with a clear description of the issue and a photo. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Product Descriptions

We strive to present all items as accurately as possible. However, as many of our pieces are handcrafted, especially those featuring natural pearls, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we process and protect your personal data.

Governing Law

These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
